These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms must be filed in the competent courts of Guymon, Oklahoma.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES
We ship from the United States to Mexico.
Shipping Fees: The customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs calculated at checkout.
Customs and Tariffs: The customer acts as the "Importer of Record" and is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees levied by Mexican customs authorities. Patitas Coquetas LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional destination charges.
3. CUSTOM ORDERS, MODIFICATIONS, AND CUSTOMER ERROR POLICY
We pride ourselves on our custom-made pet clothing. Our policies for these special orders are as follows:
Cancellations and Modifications: We allow order cancellations or modifications (such as size or design changes) after payment has been processed, provided the customer contacts us via our official channels before the manufacturing process begins.
Customer Measurement Errors: In an effort to provide exceptional customer service, if the customer makes a mistake when taking their pet’s measurements, Patitas Coquetas LLC will assume responsibility to rectify, adjust, or replace the garment. However, the customer must report the measurement error within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the package. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Patitas Coquetas name, logo, website design, graphics, text, and 100% original clothing designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Patitas Coquetas LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any of our products, designs, or branding for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND PRODUCT SAFETY
At Patitas Coquetas LLC, we prioritize the safety and comfort of your pets by using high-quality fabrics. However:
Owner Supervision Required: All pet apparel and accessories must be used under strict owner supervision. Small parts (such as buttons, snaps, or accessories) may present a choking hazard if chewed or swallowed.
Limitation: Patitas Coquetas LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, illnesses, or allergic reactions suffered by any pet or human arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. The pet owner assumes full responsibility for determining if a garment is safe and suitable for their pet.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (Licencia de Uso de Imágenes)
If you send us photos or videos of your pets wearing our designs via WhatsApp, email, or tag our official social media accounts (such as Instagram), you hereby grant Patitas Coquetas LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute those images on our website, social media, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
7. USER ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT METHODS
Guest Checkout: Users are not required to create an account to purchase from our store; you may complete your purchase as a guest.
Payment Processors: All payments are processed securely. We accept PayPal as our primary payment gateway, as well as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options via Klarna and Afterpay. By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.
